A Journey Through Tuscany’s Native Olive Varieties
A journey through Tuscany’s native olive varieties, this exclusive bundle brings together three distinctive extra virgin olive oils crafted from Pendolino, Olivo Bianco and Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio—each showcasing the unique character, aromas and flavour profile of its cultivar.
Produced by two of Tuscany’s most respected olive oil producers, Fiammetta Nizzi Grifi and Giacomo Grassi, these early-harvest, cold-extracted extra virgin olive oils reflect a shared commitment to quality, authenticity and the expression of Tuscan terroir. Fiammetta Nizzi Grifi, a former Chianti Classico DOP Olive Oil Consortium Chief Technical Officer, is internationally recognised for her dedication to excellence and sustainable olive growing. Alongside Giacomo Grassi’s acclaimed Chianti Classico DOP-certified Leccio del Corno, this collection offers a rare opportunity to experience the remarkable diversity of Tuscany’s native olive varieties through three exceptional expressions.
