Delicato Extra Virgin Olive Oil Oleificio Guccione 500ml

Guccione Delicato represents the light-fruit intensity expression of the collection. Produced primarily from Biancolilla olives, it results in a very delicate extra virgin olive oil that still retains the fresh green and herbaceous notes typical of Sicilian oils.

The olives are hand-harvested in mid-October and milled within a few hours at the mill, following a carefully controlled extraction process to preserve balance, freshness, and aromatic clarity.

SUGGESTED FOOD MATCHING

Best used raw or as a finishing extra virgin olive oil. Ideal with grilled fish, seafood crudo, legumes, tomato salads, steamed vegetables, fresh cheeses, and warm sourdough or bruschetta.
