Olio Nuovo 2026 Limited Edition 500ml

“Olio Nuovo – Limited Edition.

Taste the Harvest.

Olio Nuovo, or “new oil,” is the first extra virgin olive oil of the season, extracted from the first olives ready to be picked  at their peak freshness. Only a few producers, like Le Tre Colonne, craft it with the care and tradition that make it exceptional.

Why it’s unique:

• Bottled in transparent glass—the only EVOO allowed this way, meant to be enjoyed within weeks

• OLIVE OIL HUB will Air-imported to Australia for the first time ever for a OLIO NUOVO (10 days transit) to preserve vibrancy and flavor

• Over 500 mg/kg polyphenols last year—rich in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, gut-friendly, and nutricosmetic

Experience:
Bold, peppery, and intensely fruity—best drizzled raw over bread, salads, or fresh dishes. Olio Nuovo is not just olive oil—it’s a living harvest, a seasonal ritual to enjoy immediately.
