Orecchiette Organic Pasta – Senatore Cappelli
Crafted from organic Senatore Cappelli wheat grown exclusively on Arte Agricola’s Puglia fields, this pasta is bronze-drawn and gently dried at temperatures below 32°C to preserve its natural flavor and texture.

A study by Policlinico Gemelli in Rome (Department of Advanced Nutrition in Oncology), published in Nutrients, found that individuals with non-celiac gluten sensitivity experienced fewer gastrointestinal and extraintestinal symptoms when consuming Senatore Cappelli wheat compared to standard commercial wheat.
